Last year, Mom of the Year was a huge success and we think this year will be even better. That’s because this year, your vote can help send one amazing Mom to the Final 8! Here’s how it works:

The nomination period closes on June 16. After that, the Selection Committee will choose the top 20 Candidates for Mom of the Year. The Candidate who receives the most votes from Canadians like you will be guaranteed a spot in the Final 8. The Selection Committee will then choose seven other Candidates from the remaining 19 Moms to join her.

The Mom of the Year Award will be presented to one Mom chosen from the Final 8, at a special red carpet gala in Toronto. We’ll make a $100,000 donation to the charity or cause of her choice, and give her $10,000 for herself – plus, she’ll have a spot on next year’s Selection Committee.
